Prison 5.0 suggestions

Here are some suggestion that I personally think will make the mining experience way better:
- remove drill / explosive / obliterate enchants
- add JackHammer enchant (mines one layer of the mine) [ reson - mining won't be that chaotic and will be way more organized ]
- add an option to convert all keys in /kc
- let us prestige faster..for example : I am prestige 10.000, I need 5oc to prestige, but I have 100oc..when /ap procs, I will get as many prestige as I had money ( like an "/prestigemax" command )
- add the mining wand ( DM me on discord to show what am I talking about - Copacel#1285 , it's a clip from other server)
